Who we are

GrantNest provides funding research for UK Community Interest Companies. You can contact us at info@grantnest.co.uk.

What we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for the free monthly Grant Pack. This is stored with our email provider, MailerLite.
• Billing details — when you start a Premium trial. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data — anonymous information about how pages on this site are used, so we can improve them.

How we use it

To send you the emails you asked for, to run and support your Premium subscription, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on the performance of a contract for anything relating to a Premium subscription.

How long we keep it

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Records relating to payments are kept as long as UK accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email info@grantnest.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and analytics

GrantNest does not currently run its own analytics or advertising tracking on this website, and we do not set marketing cookies. Stripe and MailerLite may set their own cookies when you open their checkout or their sign-up form, and those services process that information under their own privacy policies. If we add analytics in future we will update this page and, where consent is required, ask for it before any non-essential tracking runs.
